Holidays are winding down :(
My most favorite time of year is almost over! I LOVE the holidays. My brother who flew in for a week and a half leaves tomorrow. I will miss him. I always do. On the other hand can't wait to start eating healthy food again and rid the house of holiday crap. We are planning a quiet new years at home, safely away from all the crazy folks that are out that night. This will be the first year in a long time Jeff and I will be alone new years eve and quite honestly it's very exciting! Well time for sleep.

I'm BACK! And this time for long term :)
It's been ages since my last post. I have done some remodeling and am back to blogging. Boy life has changed now that we are a family of four! Baby M is 9.5 months old, and is randomly starting to stand alone. Hard to believe in a couple short months we will be celebrating her first birthday. She is such a blessing to our lives. Miss K turned 5 in October! Yes FIVE! She started school and is LOVING it. She is growing up so fast and its amazing to watch her learn and grow.
We just celebrated our first holiday season as a family of four. It was a dream come true... seriously I had been dreaming about this for so long and to finally live it was slightly surreal. I am so so blessed. We had a quiet celebration at home with my twin brother who flew in for a visit. It was perfect! The cake topper was certainly Christmas morning, both of my girls in holiday pj's ripping open gifts... it's a moment I will never forget....

Wow it has been FOREVER!!
WE ARE NOW A FAMILY OF FOUR!! After a rocky start to this pregnancy, we have our happy ending! Madisyn Joy was born March 9th at 8:29am at 7 pounds 4 ounces via repeat c section! I have my two girls. We have our beautiful little family! Time is flying and I have promised myself to keep up on this blog a better now that she is here and I have my sanity back! Madisyn will be 5 weeks on Tuesday! She is gorgeous... not bias or anything. She is already smiling up a storm and overall is a very good little girl. We have had bouts of gas at night however thanks to baby's bliss gripe water, we have that handled. To recap quickly, the end of my pregnancy was pretty uneventful.... c section was scheduled for 39 weeks. I had the best anesthesiologist in the WORLD Aaron rocked!! I give him credit for making this delivery everything I wanted, I wasn't overly drugged up, could speak, this man gave me 8 anti nausea meds starting before the surgery so it was in my system to control the horrible problem I had with K's delivery. I was holding my baby within 15 minutes after surgery and even breastfeeding. With K wasn't physically able to hold her for hours! My big sis Fawn flew in for Madisyns arrival and to help around the house while I was in the hospital. She is such a blessing! I worried very little about Kaylie and the house for the 2 days I was in the hospital. That's right 2 days :) I recovered SO FAST I was ready to come home the next day but they refused. I had the cath out that night and was up and walking around. I spent 48 hours in the hospital, not by choice. Off all pain meds within a couple days. It was so perfect! I thought my first was easy! Ha! Ya this was a piece of cake! I am so so blessed to have my husband and our two daughters. More to come...

19 wks 3 days
Halfway done cooking this little one, crazy how fast time is going by. The 27th we have our big ultrasound, with any luck we will find out the gender! Dr. appt to follow right after. I had the plague (some sort of virus) for nearly 3 weeks... 3 horrible weeks. Still have a cough but feeling human! I was on Tamiflu, antiboics and a syrup. Had a bacterial infection in my lungs as well. Never wish to repeat that was the worst I have ever felt. Nothin else to really report until next week! I think it will be a surprise no matter what as I have no insight on boy or girl.... so we'll see!

Hubby got to hear "his son" lol (we dont know the sex but he insists boy, my daughter insists girl lol) for the 1st time last night. Totally cool! Next appt oct 9th will be almost 18 weeks. We should find out gender later in Oct with any luck. The puking finally slowed down its only random now. Thats about it for now.

Oh yes Im a slacker.
I have thought about updating a thousand times yet never make the time. That Wed apt went well U/S showed everything was normal and no reason for bleeding now. Baby was bouncing around saw and heard heartbeat. Had my 12 week apt. Everything seemed good didn't get to hear hb baby wasn't cooperating, doc said I can come back in couple weeks if I want to hear it. But we decided to just wait it out until our next apt. which will be Oct 9th- I will be nearly 18 weeks!! Cant believe how fast time is flying. The puking seems to be leveling off past couple days I am just hoping it continues to ease and disappear soon! I will schedule my c section at 30-32 weeks along. K is super excited we are having a "new baby" she insists its a girl, hope she is right for her sake lol she is pretty stuck on it even though I talk to her about a brother also. We should find out the sex end of Oct. That's all the news for now!

Doc appt and more
Had our 1st official appt on 8/7... met the doc, he is great we love him, relieved about that! His insurance wont allow him to do vbacs, so another c sections it will be. I'm OK with that if the end result is healthy baby. I am still on restrictions until this Wed ultrasound to make sure all is perfect and the fluid has resolved. Doc said he is pretty sure its all fine, then I will be off all restrictions YEAH!! He said I will have a c section at 39 weeks will make it the first week in March. I was offered weekly b12 injections for the puking that is getting worse and worse but declined and decided to wait it out another week or so. Est. due date is 3/15 for now, even though baby will come a week early. Well guess that's all for now! More on Wed!
